Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@ditzypetunia.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Please note:

• A £2.99 flat rate will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
• There is no restocking fee for returns.
• Sale items are NOT eligible for return under this policy.

UK Return Policy

For orders shipped within the UK, customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of their intent to return an item. After notifying us, you will have an additional 14 days to return the item as instructed. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. The £2.99 flat rate return shipping fee will apply to returns under this policy.

Refunds

Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason without providing justification, as per EU legislation.
